· Aussie Hobby Farms is in the business of promoting Hobby Farms and Luxury Farm Stay for seniors and semi retirees or farming entrepreneurs who wish to pursue Hobby Farming in a relaxed environment in a peaceful country.

Five Star Global Resources Australia Pty Ltd is offering Professional Career Training & Investment Opportunities for the selected group of professionals who wish to pursue an entrepreneural career and be sustainable for a elite country lifestyle.

What we offer and provide in this opportunity

a) Irrespective of participant’s educational and past experiences, we provide an orientation and induction Skills Training Program to educate and enhance the investor’s knowledge on the nature of business they are pursuing.

b) The orientation and skills training program covers:

All subjects delivered will be certified by ‘Skills Recognition Malaysia Sdn Bhd.’, an accredited Training Provider registered with the HRDF Malaysia.

What are the investments involved in the opportunity

1. Cost for the ‘orientation and induction Skills Training’ program which includes;

a). Overseas training at OEM Suppliers’ production factories for ebikes and ATVs. (China)

b). Basic Hobby Farming & Farmstay management skills.(Hospitality & Farm-stay management)

c). Digital Marketing & management of logistics

Total cost for above Career Training Program with sponsorship for the Australian TSS Sub-class 482 visa for 4 years with the option of seeking Permanent Residence in Australia is RM 20,000.00

2. Business investment in the prefered line of business. (Ebikes & ATVs and or Hobby Farms)

Investments are in AUD 10,000.00 lots with the issuance of Share holding Certificates per lot.

Minimum investment is 1 Lot of AUD 10,000.00 in any of the 2 businesses.

3. The project capital for ebikes & ATVs is AUD 600,000.00 with an allocation of AUD 100,000 per state 

( NSW, WA, VIC, SA, QLD & NT). Hence a lot of AUD 10,000.00 buys 10% of a State Distributorship .

4. A Hobby Farm with Farm-stay Facilities ( 10 / 15 units fully furnished farm stay residences) on an average plot of land ( 2,500 sq. meters /  0.6 acres) on the outskirts of Melbourne CBD / Victoria is valued at  

AUD 500 – 600,000.00. Hence a lot of AUD 10,000 investment buys 2/3% of the farm. We have 5 farms.

a) Five Star Global Resources Australia Pty Ltd will offer a job position in the relevant business with a guaranteed monthly minimum income of AUD 3,200.00 plus 10% Superannuation (EPF), accommodation and transport. (Aus. Min. pay per hr. is A$20 x 40hr./ week x 4 wk/month = 160hrs x A$20 = A$ 3,200.00.)

b) Dividents will be calculated and paid annually in December before business annual closing usually before Christmas. (Refer to business projections attached).

c) Participants are expected to re-invest a part of their monthly income into the business.
